Gregory M. O’Sullivan

Gregory M. O’Sullivan is an Associate with SSG Capital Advisors. Gregory is responsible for creating valuation models, performing financial analyses in support of capital structure strategy, conducting market and buyer research, and preparing transaction progress reports. He also manages and mentors our analyst team. He works closely with SSG’s senior bankers, clients and buyers, advising on a wide range of special situations transactions including mergers and acquisitions, divestitures, restructurings, recapitalizations, private placements and special situation engagements of both senior and subordinated debt and equity.

Prior to joining SSG, Gregory was a senior consultant advising banks, private equity firms, and venture capital firms in the specialty finance market. Previously, he worked in corporate and institutional banking for middle market and large corporate clients across all industries including a government contracting vertical, as well as advise equity capital market and investor relations solutions, for PNC Financial Services and its subsidiaries.

Gregory is an active member of the Turnaround Management Association and the Association for Corporate Growth.
