Situation

Woodside Capital Partners invested in ATEL over a decade ago and provided strategic guidance, liquidity and management assistance throughout that period. After working with the Company to stabilize and grow not only the US, but also the international business, they decided to explore their strategic alternatives in order to continue the business’ current success, and drive growth.
