Robyn Forman Pollack, Esq. is CEO and Founder of Trellis. A business strategist with an expertise in diversity and inclusion, Robyn increases financial return by teaching organizations to leverage their D&I Initiatives more effectively. Through the development of customized and integrated diversity and inclusion solutions, she maximizes attraction and retention of talent and clients, prevents diversity crisis and creates competitive advantage. Robyn brings years of experience working with businesses as a restructuring attorney and believes that business goals, objectives and strategies can best be achieved in an inclusive culture.

Robyn has been actively involved in diversity issues for over fifteen years and has developed a variety of networking opportunities specifically for women. She has lectured extensively on issues of diversity and inclusion, best practices, communication, team collaboration, networking, negotiation and effective leadership, and created the Turnaround Management Association’s Global Network of Women Committee. Robyn is a board member of the NAWBO Philadelphia Center for Advancing Entrepreneurs, the Turnaround Management Association Philadelphia Chapter and serves on the Envestnet Institute on Campus (EIOC) Women in Wealth Management leadership team. Robyn is also a member of the Forum of Executive Women, the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM), the Philadelphia Society of People & Strategy (PSPS) and is an adjunct professor at Temple University’s Beasley School of Law. Robyn earned a B.A. from Temple University, summa cum laude and a J.D. from Temple University’s Beasley School of Law, cum laude.

Lisa Pollack
Process Development and Compliance Manager

Lisa Pollack, J.D., M.P.A., is Process Development and Compliance Manager for Trellis Consulting. Lisa worked for fifteen years as a health and human services specialist at Policy Studies where she developed and managed a variety of large scale health and human services projects, supervised staff and subcontractors, led diverse stakeholders, tracked budgets and delivered training. Lisa is experienced in research, marketing, planning, policy development and evidence-based analysis. Most recently, Lisa was an independent consultant focusing on grant writing, project management and program design. Lisa’s experience allows her to understand the importance of gathering data from diverse sources and engaging managers, staff and stakeholders in order to translate information into customized, real world solutions. Lisa received a B. S. from Providence College, a J.D. from Syracuse University’s College of Law and an M.P.A. from Syracuse University’s Maxwell School of Citizenship and Public Affairs.

Morgan Schwartz
Research & Development

Morgan Schwartz is a student at Temple University’s Beasley School of Law. Through her summer work as a legal assistant at a law firm and at the Montgomery County District Attorney’s Office, Morgan has developed an increased understanding of the law and cultivated significant problem solving and communication skills. Morgan has demonstrated substantial leadership capability in her role as the past president of the Epsilon Alpha Chapter of Alpha Omicron Pi at Penn State, where she led a group of over 190 women and learned how to collaborate with an executive board to make important decisions, resolve disputes and represent her chapter proudly in the Greek community. Morgan brings a unique combination of excellent research, organization and critical thinking skills to the Trellis Team and will be instrumental in increasing Trellis’ exposure and profile in target industries. Morgan earned a B.A. in Public Relations, magna cum laude, with a minor in International Studies, from Pennsylvania State University.
